The hand that...

Apparently, can't do anything right. Not only am I dealing with the regrowth of nerves in the lubar region of my back, which causes numb toes, muscle cramps, and various pain, but now I've got a ganglion cyst in my right wrist.

I have battled carpal tunnel for twenty years or so, even have the nerve test documenting the condition. I've had issues with my elbow because of it, all the way to my shoulder. I haven't had the surgery yet, but now with my joint deciding its going to grow a painful cyst, maybe its time.

Doc referred me to a surgeon, but when I called the office was 'permanently closed' so waiting on another referral.

I'll be forty in December, which I'm actually looking forward to. I am in such a better place at 40 than I was at 20, health wise, family, work..its all so much better.

Until the surgery (surgeries if I have to have a nerve ablation again) I'll just keep on keeping on. I suppose I'm lucky to be aging, reaching 40 is an accomplishment. I still don't feel like a whole adult sometimes, but that's neither here nor there.

This has been a great year for me. I can't wait to see what 2024 brings!
